Alternate Name Screen

A new business rule "AlternateNameScreen" is added to support configurable elements of the Alternate Name Screen. The feature addresses the following additional features to support the Alternate Name Screen.

When this screen is enabled and an Alternate Name record is selected, the fields on that row can be modified via in-line editing. Provision is provided to make a default name setup via checkbox for the user to select, if not selected the default name will not be set. Multiple Alternate Name records for the same Group Customer can have the default indicator at the same time

For Cancellation of an Alternate Name, the change has to be made on the status to a configured value which will indicate that the record is cancelled or inactive. If a new alternate name is added but not yet saved, the provision for deletion using the trash icon exists.

The Alternate Name display table allows 10 entries to be shown and scroll option is provided to allow displaying the remaining rows. The trash icon appears under Action for a new name when it is added to the screen. Saving the newly added name will make the trash icon disappear. There is a recycle icon to edit the existing name. For the recent name change or edit and using of the recycle icon the changed data will revert the values before changes.
